Arrival of 11th Grandchild: U.S. President Donald Trump has once again become a grandfather, as his youngest daughter, Tiffany Trump, and her husband, Michael Boulos, have welcomed their first child — a baby boy named Alexander Trump Boulos.
Tiffany, 31, announced the happy news on social media on Thursday, May 15, sharing a photo of her newborn’s foot with the caption:
“Welcome to the world our sweet baby boy, Alexander Trump Boulos. We love you beyond words! Thank you for coming into our lives!”
In the weeks leading up to the birth, Tiffany regularly posted updates about her anticipation, sharing moments from her baby shower and documenting her pregnancy journey. In one post, she wrote, “Counting down the days until we meet our little man.” In another, she added, “We are so excited to meet our baby boy soon!”
President Trump had unintentionally revealed the pregnancy months earlier.
While speaking at the Detroit Economic Club in October 2024, he praised his daughter’s father-in-law, Massad Boulos — a Lebanese-born businessman recently appointed as a senior White House adviser on Middle East and Arab affairs — and casually mentioned the upcoming arrival.
“She’s going to have a baby. So that’s nice,” Trump said with a smile, acknowledging Tiffany’s expanding family.

Tiffany and Michael, 27, began dating in 2018 after reportedly meeting at a beach club in Greece. They got engaged in January 2021, just before the end of Trump’s first term in office, and were married in an extravagant ceremony at Mar-a-Lago in November 2022. The Palm Beach estate, which holds sentimental value for Tiffany, was chosen for the celebration. She also paid tribute to her husband’s heritage by wearing a gown designed by Lebanese couturier Elie Saab.
The birth of Alexander brings Donald Trump’s number of grandchildren to eleven. His other grandchildren include five from Donald Trump Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa, three from Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, and two from Eric Trump and his wife Lara.
